Ayodele is the Founding and Senior Pastor of The DYNASTY Church Lancaster UK. He is also the Senior Leader at Vessels of Virtues Ministries, and Executive Director of the VOV School of Ministry. He holds a Doctoral Degree in Ministry (Biblical Exposition), with Distinction from Andersonville Theological Seminary, Georgia USA, a Baptist Seminary. He also bagged for himself a Master’s Degree in Marketing Communications from Manchester Metropolitan University UK with a specialty in digital marketing.

Ayodele is one of the Core Team / Advisory Board of the One People Commission, Evangelical Alliance UK, where he serves alongside a team of Church and Christian organization network leaders from across various denominations in the United Kingdom, working towards unity and reflecting God’s multi-ethnic kingdom. He currently serves as a Board Member at Our Daily Bread Ministries UK/Europe.

He speaks at conferences, offers leadership training, and staff capacity building within Christian churches, ministries and non-profit organisations. He has written academic articles, reviewed books as well as authored Wisdom of Solomon: Clues to Living a Fulfilled Life, Walking With God: The Spiritual Dynamics of an Intimate Walk, and Theme Of Fellowship: The Epistles of John. He is married to Tomi and they are blessed with three children.
